A wonderful pair of vintage dish towels, at once rustic and refined, hand loomed of a slightly nubbly blend of homespun ecru linen and hemp. The fabric is sturdy but at the same time silken to the touch. These charming towels are monogrammed "BM" in one corner in red cross stitch and each have a small linen loop for hanging. They certainly date from the mid 19th century to the beginning of the 20th and are in impeccable condition! Hand hemmed. Dimensions: 27.5 x 27.5in.
